Warranty Information

All the cash registers that BuyCashRegisters.com sells are new. Therefore, all Cash Registers come with a NEW FACTORY WARRANTY with a minimum of 90 days and ranging up to 1 year. For details on the length of the warranty period for the specific cash register or other product you will need to contact us for more information.

BuyCashRegisters.com makes no warranty statement on any products. However, if a cash register arrives inoperable or dead out of the box, BuyCashRegisters.com will promptly do a pick-up and replace the defective cash register. If the cash register arrives damaged due to shipping, you will need to file a claim with the shipper and notify BuyCashRegisters.com. BuyCashRegisters.com will promptly send you a new cash register upon receipt of such damage claim and pick-up the damaged one.


Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this product, you may return it within seven (7) days of receiving your order to BuyCashRegisters.com and obtain a refund of the original purchase price of the product less a 15% restocking fee. This excludes shipping and handling charges. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact our direct sales department at 239-693-3800. BuyCashRegisters.com will assist you in either a merchandise exchange (for defective merchandise) or return of the product for a credit of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping and handling charges). If the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card.

You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original box with all materials and package inserts. You should INSURE the return for SHIPPING DAMAGE and/or LOSS. Upon receipt of the returned product, BuyCashRegisters.com will refund you for the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, less the shipping and handling charges.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective merchandise is returned within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the factory warranty will cover any repairs that need to be made. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the returned merchandise.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is shipping?

Generally shipping prices within the continental U.S. are low. We have warehouses located around the country to speed the delivery of your system and to provide lower shipping rates. Average rates of shipping would range from $12 for a small cash register to $25 for a larger cash register system. All orders outside the continental United States have additional shipping charges. International orders are shipped via US Priority Mail or Airborne Freight with 7-10 day service.

Do I have to pay a sales tax?

BuyCashRegisters.com is registered in Florida. Florida residents pay a standard 6.0% sales tax.

How soon is my order taken?

Most orders received before 3pm EST will be taken and shipped out that day assuming that it is not a special order item or an accessory for a cash register not listed on our site. Any orders received after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most our cash registers are in stock and ready to be shipped and most accessories are in stock as well. Since our orders are sent out daily via UPS ground service, you should receive your purchase within 2 to 7 working days depending what part of the country you live in. Any special order items, products for cash registers not listed on our website, non-continental U.S., and international orders may take longer to ship.

I received my order, but it is not complete.

Most orders will not arrive in one complete shipment. Most orders are for multiple items which may require shipment from different locations. Please be patient as most orders arrive complete within a few days of the first delivery.

Do you sell internationally?

Yes, we sell worldwide. You may need a power converter for use in your country. Check out our international page for power converters and more information. All of the cash registers we sell come with 110 volt power supplies. We use either US Priority Mail or Airborne Freight with 7-10 day delivery at very reasonable rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For credit cards we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept cashier's, personal, business and internet checks. If sending a check, we will need to receive your payment before we send out your equipment.

For international customers with no credit card, we can arrange to have a bank transfer of funds, or we can suggest using Western Union to transfer monetary funds.

We do accept purchase orders for educational institutions and government agencies. Please contact us to arrange for a purchase order.
